Ingrediente:
500Gr Capsuni
5 Oua
2 Linguri Ulei
200Gr Zahar
200Gr Faina
1/2 Zeama Lamaie,
Coaja Lamaie, Vanilie
Se bat albusurile spuma si se adauga zaharul treptat. Galbenusurile se freaca cu ulei si le turnam peste albusuri. Adaugam mirodeniile dupa care turnam faina treptat.

Intr-o tava (30/20) tapetata cu hartie de copt turnam aluatul, peste care asezam capsunile taiate in doua si o lasam [...]]]></description>

Primele 15 minute nu se deschide usa cuptorului pentru ca riscam sa se lase prajitura. Dupa acest timp se poate face testul cu scobitoarea. Se lasa la racit dupa care se pudreaza cu zahar pudra.<br />

Amestecam cu mana untul cu zaharul, oul, vanilia, sarea si cate putina faina  pana ce aluatul capata consistenta si numai este faramicios. Se formeaza o bila care nu se mai lipeste de mana.

Din acest aluat formam bilute si le nivelam cu degetele in formele de tarta.<br />

Le bagam la cuptor pentru circa 20 minute, nu e nevoie sa se rumeneasca, este un aluat de biscuit si nu necesita rumenire.<br />
Intre timp pregatim budinca conform instructiunilor.<br />
Cand sunt gata coapte, umplem tartele cu budinca calda, asezam capsunile taiate si turnam gelatina(pregatita si ea conform instructiunilor) asa fierbinte peste tarte.<br />
Se lasa la racit in frigider.<br />
