Ingrediente:
500Gr Dovleac
1 Ceapa
1 Morcov
1 Ardei Gras
1 Telina mica
1 Patrunjel Alb
sare, ulei, delikat, smantana
Taiem toate legumele si le calim in ulei pana ce incep sa se inmoaie, circa 10 minute.

Acoperim cu apa si le lasam la fiert, iar mai spre sfarsit adaugam si un pic delikat(optional). Cand legumele sunt fierte scurgem supa intr-un vas, pastram legumele [...]]]></description>

Acoperim cu apa si le lasam la fiert, iar mai spre sfarsit adaugam si un pic delikat(optional). Cand legumele sunt fierte scurgem supa intr-un vas, pastram legumele si le punem la blender pana se fac piure, dupa care adaugam incet supa pana obtinem consistenta dorita. Punem sare dupa gust.<br />

Am spalat bine carnea si am pus-o la fiert cu apa rece.

Cand incepe sa fiarba, luam spuma de fiecare data pana cand se limpezeste si numai face deloc spuma. Atunci punem legumele intregi, curatate si spalate [...]]]></description>

Cand sunt fierte legumele, le scoatem intr-un vas, ceapa si prazul le aruncam, restul le taiem bucatele mici.<br />

Cand este si carnea fiarta, scoatem bucatile de carne din supa si strecuram supa peste legume.<br />
Ingrediente pt galusti:<br />
2 Oua<br />
180 Gr Gris<br />
1 Lingurita Ulei<br />
sare, piper<br />
Batem ouale intr-un vas, adaugam uleiul, sare si piper si grisul turnat in ploaie. Lasam vreo 15 minute la odihnit.<br />
