Pentru aceasta reteta am folosit ingredientele de la Prajitura cu Marzipan si Caise , doar ca am folosit in loc de caise confiate prune uscate, iar in loc de gem de caise am pus miere. A iesit la fel de gustoasa si pufoasa.

Punem faina intr-un lighean cu un varf de sare.

Incepem sa turnam cate putin lapte peste faina si framantam ca la cozonac timp de vreo cateva minute pana ce totul este bine incorporat si aluatul incepe sa faca baloane de aer.<br />

Dupa acest timp intindem aluatul pe blatul de lucru, uns in prealabil cu foarte putin ulei, in forma de dreptunghi, aluatul il intindem cu mana, daca se lipeste cumva ne ungem deasemenea cu putin ulei.<br />

Taiem felii groase cam de 3 cm fiecare si le asezam intr-o tava cu inel detasabil, eu folosesc o tava pe care scrie 24 cm=9 1/2,  insa avem grija sa le asezam orizontal in tava, incepand din centru si le inghesuim pana incap toate bucatile.<br />

Lasam aluatul la crescut in tava cam o ora dupa care il bagam la cuptor cam 30 minute la 180 grade. Dupa 20 minute puteti face testul cu scobitoarea.<br />
Scoatem de la cuptor si asezam pe un platou dupa ce a fost scos inelul detasabil.<br />
