Curatam bananele de coaja si le taiem in doua si apoi in iar in doua pe sectiune, le asezam pe un platou iar romul cu zaharul vanilat si zeama de la lamaie le amestecam si le turnam peste banane. Le lasam sa absoarba lichidul timp in care pregatim budinca cf instructiunilor.<br />
Gelatina se pregateste cf instructiunlor de pe plic dupa care se amesteca cu budinca.<br />

Turnam un strat de budinca, budinca trebuie sa fie calda, dupa care asezam bananele, iar un strat de budinca, iar piscoturi si tot asa iar la final incheiem cu piscoturi. Daca mai ramane lichid de la banane il turnati peste. Budinca e posibil sa mai ramana si sa nu fie necesara chiar toata.<br />

Acoperiti cu folie si lasati la frigider pentru vreo 4 ore, eu am lasat-o toata noaptea, dupa care scoateti din forma, eliminati folia si ornati cu crema de frisca si fulgi de ciocolata.<br />

Frisca lichida se bate bine pana prinde consistenta, se amesteca cu nescquick si foile de gelatina la fel pregatite cf instructiunilor de pe plic.<br />

Din acest aluat formam bilute si le nivelam cu degetele in formele de tarta.<br />

Le bagam la cuptor pentru circa 20 minute, nu e nevoie sa se rumeneasca, este un aluat de biscuit si nu necesita rumenire.<br />
Intre timp pregatim budinca conform instructiunilor.<br />
Cand sunt gata coapte, umplem tartele cu budinca calda, asezam capsunile taiate si turnam gelatina(pregatita si ea conform instructiunilor) asa fierbinte peste tarte.<br />
Se lasa la racit in frigider.<br />

Galbenusurile se amesteca cu zaharul pana se albeste, apoi se aduaga pesmetul, faina si se amesteca cu albusurile batute spuma.
Se toarna compozitia in forme de tarte, care au fost unse cu unt si tapetate cu pesmet.

Se lasa la cuptor pana se rumenesc si se testeaza cu scobitoarea.<br />
In timpul asta se face siropul, punem apa cu zaharul si vanilia la fiert pana ce zaharul e topit bine. Se lasa la racit si se pune si romul.<br />
Savarinele gata coapte se aseaza intr-un vas si se toarna siropul peste ele, lasandu-le pana ce se incorporeaza tot siropul. Cand se racesc bine, taiem capacele (diametrul mic), pe care le ornam cu gelatina rosie. Umplem fiecare savarina cu frisca si asezam capacul.<br />
