100Gr Telemea Oaie sau Vaca
marar, patrunjel, sare, piper,faina, ulei
Se curata dovleceii de coaja si se rad pe razatoarea mica. Se storc bine cu mana, dupa care ii amestecam cu ou, ceapa taiata foarte mica, branza rasa, marar, patrunjel, sare si piper.

Se pun pastele la fiert in apa clocotita cu putina sare si se fierb conform instructiunilor.
In timpul asta facem sosul. Punem ulei la incins, adaugam ceapa taiata marunt si catelul de usturoi si lasam putin la calit.
