1 Patrunjel Alb
sare, ulei, delikat, smantana
Taiem toate legumele si le calim in ulei pana ce incep sa se inmoaie, circa 10 minute.

Acoperim cu apa si le lasam la fiert, iar mai spre sfarsit adaugam si un pic delikat(optional). Cand legumele sunt fierte scurgem supa intr-un vas, pastram legumele [...]]]></description>

Acoperim cu apa si le lasam la fiert, iar mai spre sfarsit adaugam si un pic delikat(optional). Cand legumele sunt fierte scurgem supa intr-un vas, pastram legumele si le punem la blender pana se fac piure, dupa care adaugam incet supa pana obtinem consistenta dorita. Punem sare dupa gust.<br />

Se amesteca toate ingredientele pana se obtine un aluat care nu se lipeste. Daca mai e nevoie se mai aduaga cateva grame de faina.

Se imparte aluatul in 4 parti egale. Se infaineaza masa de lucru bine si se intinde pe rand cate o foaie cat mai subtire. Foaia este atat de maleabila incat se poate invarti pe pumnul strans pana isi mareste dimensiunea.<br />

Cand am obtinut o foaie de strudel, asezam merele rase si scurse bine in pumn, zahar dupa gust si scortisoara.<br />
Rulam foaia, ungem cu unt topit si asezam in tava de copt tapetata cu hartie. Asa procedam cu fiecare bucata de coca.<br />
Se lasa la copt circa 25-30 minute pana se rumenesc. Se pudreaza cu zahar pudra.<br />
