Ingrediente
2 Dovelcei
200Gr Iaurt
2 Linguri Ulei Masline
80 Gr Branza Uscata sau Parmesan
150-200Gr Pesmet
Doveleceii se curata de coaja si se taie felii, se pune un praf de sare dupa care se lasa circa 10 minute deoparte. Intre timp iaurtul il amestecam cu ulei si branza rasa o amestecam cu pesmet.

Se iau pe rand feliile de dovlecel si se baga in amestecul de iaurt, dupa care ii tavalim bine in pesmet si ii asezam in tava de la aragaz tapetata cu hartie.<br />
