Ingrediente:

Piept Pui
rosii, dovlecel, ceapa, ardei gras rosu si verde,
sare, piper, condimente pt pui, ulei
Se condimenteaza carnea de pui. Legumele se taie in  bucatele mai mici si se monteaza  pe betisoare dupa preferinta.
Se aseaza in tava, se stropesc cu putin ulei si se baga la cuptor pana se rumenesc un pic.

Pulpele de pui le taiem in bucati potrivite si le punem la calit in ulei pana isi schimba culoarea.

Punem si  ceapa tocata marunt peste pulpe si lasam la calit pana se rumeneste.

Cand a scazut vinul incepem sa punem cate putina supa de pui daca avem, daca nu facem din delikat si acoperim cu capac si lasam la fiert.De cate ori scade adaugam supa atat cat sa acopere orezul pana aproape este gata fiert.<br />
Cand este gata orezul adugam parmezanul,amestecam, saram daca mai e nevoie si oprim focul.<br />
In timp ce orezul este pe foc spalam bine copanele, punem intr-un castron si punem faina peste ele, condimente pentru pui si praf de paprika si amestecam cu mana. Le asezam in tava, stropim cu putin ulei si le bagam la cuptor.<br />
Servim alaturi cu rizotto.<br />
