Pastele se pun la fiert in apa clocotita cu putina sare si se fierb conform instructiunilor.<br />
 In timp ce pastele fierb, pregatim sosul care se face foarte repede. Taiem rosiile in patru si le punem la calit in putin ulei pentru cateva minute. Se stropesc cu putin vin alb si se mai lasa cateva clocote dupa care luam de pe foc si lasam sa se raceasca un pic.<br />

Adaugam patrunjelul tocat si frunzele taiate marunt de la o ceapa verde. Se potriveste de gust, eu am pus mai mult chili, sa fie mai picant.<br />

Se fierb pastele, dar doar jumate din timpul necesar, le scurgem de apa si le rasturnam peste legume si amestecam.<br />
Ungem o tava termorezistenta cu unt, asezam amestecul, turnam laptele si bagam la cuptor pentru vreo 10 minute. Dupa acest timp  scoatem tava si radem parmesan dupa care mai lasam la cuptor cateva minute pana se rumeneste.<br />

<p>Punem apa la fiert cu putina sare si fierbem spaghetti conform instructiunilor.<br />
In timpul asta facem sosul care se face extrem de repede.<br />
Punem putin ulei la incins in tigaie, adugam catelul de usturoi taiat marunt si il calim putin, dupa care punem rosiile taiate cubulete sau in patru. Calim impreuna cu usturoiul apoi punem vin alb sau apa. Condimentam cu sare, piper, chili dupa gust.Lasam un pic la fiert dupa care punem parmesanul pentru consistenta si stingem focul. Ornam cu busuioc proaspat sau uscat si servim cu parmesan ras deasupra.<br />

Se gateste la foc mare si rapid.<br />

Cand vinul este evaporat, luam tigaia de pe foc si lasam 1 minut la racit dupa care incepem sa turnam laptele cate putin si amestecam incet pentru a nu se taia. Cand e incorporat si laptele mai punem o data pe foc tigaia, lasam sa dea un clocot, se poate pune si o lingura de parmesan pentru consistenta si se da la o parte.Se sareaza dupa gust.<br />

<p>Mod de preparare:<br />
Prima data calim putin ceapa in ulei, dupa care adaugam morcovul si telina rase pe razatoarea mica.<br />

Punem si carnea tocata si cu lingura incercam sa desfacem carnea sa nu ramana cocoloase, lasam la calit pana cand carnea  isi schimba culoarea si devine albicioasa.<br />

Cand carnea e deja schimbata la culoare punem vinul si cateva foi de dafin si lasam la fiert pana cand vinul se evapora.<br />
Apoi adaugam supa, nu toata atat doar cat sa fie carnea acoperita sa poata fiarba in liniste. Eu nu am avut supa de vita si am facut din Delikat. Lasam la fiert cam 1 ora la foc moderat si avem grija sa adaugam tot timpul cate putina supa ca sa nu se arda.<br />

Adaugam si sucul de rosii sau bulionul, punem si putina sare si piper dupa gust, un praf de cimbru si mai lasam cam 15 minute la fiert.Sosul trebuie sa fie un pic scazut sa nu fie foarte apos.<br />

Il luam de pe foc si lasam sosul sa se raceasca un pic, apoi incepem umplerea rulourilor. Eu pun fiecare rulou in cratita ca sa nu pierd sosul si cand este umplut il ridic cu lingurita si il asez in tava.Nu uitati sa scoateti foile de dafin la final.<br />

Asezam rulourile intr-o tava yena, supa ramasa o punem peste ele,eu am mai pus si 2 lingurite de bulion amestecate intr-o cana cu putina apa, sare si piper, pentru ca mi s-a parut ca este prea putin sos.Taiem si mozarella felii si le asezam deasupra.<br />
