150-200Gr Pesmet
Doveleceii se curata de coaja si se taie felii, se pune un praf de sare dupa care se lasa circa 10 minute deoparte. Intre timp iaurtul il amestecam cu ulei si branza rasa o amestecam cu pesmet.

Se amesteca carnea tocata cu ceapa taiata foarte fin, verdeata, orezul spalat bine, sare, piper, delikat dupa gust, cu apa amestecand pana ce apa este bine incorporata.

Zucchini se curata de coaja si se taie in doua, dupa care ii scobim in mijloc. Se umplu cu carnea pregatita deja si se pun intr-o tigaie cu putin ulei la calit, 2-3 minute pe o parte, 2-3 minute pe cealalta parte.<br />

Taiem miezul in bucati mai mici si il punem la calit in putin ulei de masline. Adaugam cate un pic de apa si lasam sa fiarba incet, cand apa scade se toarna iar si tot asa pana ce miezul de vanata devine ca o pasta. Cand e gata amestecam cu sosul bolognese, se mai condimenteaza daca e cazul cu sare, piper, un pic delikat si patrunjel verde.<br />

Turnam apa ca sa acopere orezul si lasam la fiert la foc mic. Cand a scazut prima apa, punem si ciupercile taiate mai marunt daca sunt prea mari, punem sare, piper si delikat dupa gust si lasam sa fiarba pana bobul de orez e fiert. Daca mai e nevoie mai punem cate putina apa daca scade.<br />
