Ingrediente:<br />

<p>optional: frisca, ciocolata pt ornat<br />
sirop: apa, zahar, rom</p>
<p>Se pune laptele, zaharul si cacaoa intr-o cratita pe foc si se amesteca pana incepe sa fiarba. Se lasa pe foc cateva minute doar, chiar daca rezulatatul va fi un sos de consistenta unui sos subtire, rece va fi destul de consistent.<br />

Apoi untul se freca bine cu mixerul cateva minute bune, daca lasa apa, aruncati-o si<br />
se amesteca cu 3/4 din sosul de cacao, iar 1/4 se opreste pentru pus deasupra.<br />
Sosul sa fie rece, altfel se taie compozitia!<br />
Se adauga galbenusurile sise mixeaza bine.<br />
Se adauga faina amestecata cu praful de copt.<br />
Albusurile se bat bine cu un praf de sare pana se intaresc apoi adaugati si zaharul vanilat!<br />
Peste compozitie se adauga albusurile batute spuma si incorporati usor albusurile amestecand de sus in jos cu telul, renuntati la mixer,apoi se adauga nucile si stafidele.<br />

Se unge o tava cu putin ulei, se tapeteaza cu faina sau cu hartie de copt si se da la copt in cuptorul preincalzit!<br />
Dupa ce s-a copt, se pregateste siropul de zahar si  se toarna deasupra parjiturii cand siropul e caldut si prajitura la fel, se lasa la racit.<br />
Apoi turnam sosul de cacao deasupra si se lasa la frigider pentru o ora.<br />

Ingrediente pentru muffins:<br />
5 Oua<br />
150Gr Zahar Pudra<br />
120Ml Ulei<br />
150Gr Iaurt<br />
250Gr Faina<br />
50Gr Cacao<br />
1 Praf Copt<br />
75Gr Ciocolata Rasa<br />
1 Esenta Rom<br />
Ouale si mixeaza cu zaharul pana ce se albesc putin apoi se toarna uleiul cate putin, iaurtul si esenta de rom.<br />
Faina cernuta se amesteca cu praful de copt si cacao dupa care se adauga peste oua amestecandu-se bine. Ciocolata rasa se adauga si ea.<br />
Punem o parte din compozitie in formele de muffins, tapetate cu formele de hartie, apoi facem bilute din cocos pe care le tavalim un pic prin faina si le asezam in centru dupa care acoperim cu  restul de compozitie si dam la cuptor pentru circa 20 minute la 180 grade.<br />

Lasam cam o ora sa se linisteasca, dupa care intindem o foaie cat mai subtire pe blatul de lucru pe care il infainam din abundenta cu faina, portionam in patratele, fiecare cat doreste de mari, dupa care le umplem cu ce ne dorim, eu le-am umplut cu magiun de prune amestecat cu cateva nuci sfaramate.<br />

Turnam un strat de budinca, budinca trebuie sa fie calda, dupa care asezam bananele, iar un strat de budinca, iar piscoturi si tot asa iar la final incheiem cu piscoturi. Daca mai ramane lichid de la banane il turnati peste. Budinca e posibil sa mai ramana si sa nu fie necesara chiar toata.<br />

In timp ce coca obtinuta o lasam putin la odihnit ne apucam de crema care se prepara astfel:<br />
Crema<br />
1 Litru Lapte<br />
10 Linguri Zahar<br />
10 Linguri Faina<br />
1 Esenta Vanilie<br />
100Gr Unt<br />
Coaja de la 1 Lamaie<br />
1/2 Suc de la 1 Lamaie<br />
Se amesteca laptele cu zaharul si faina ca sa nu ramana cocoloase si se pun la foc mic la fiert pana se ingroasa. Cand este gata lasam crema la racit si adaugam vanilia, coaja de lamaie si zeama de lamaie, gustand intre timp daca e nevoie de toata zeama, dupa fiecare gust, apoi untul.<br />
Acum dupa ce crema e terminata impartim aluatul in 4 parti egale si intindem, pe hartie de copt bine infainata cate o foaie cat se poate de subtire dupa care o punem la copt pe fundul tavii de aragaz. Asa procedam cu toate cele 4 foi.<br />

Asezam prima foaie dupa care punem o parte de crema, adaugam cealalta foaie si tot asa. La sfarsit ramane ultima foaie, acoperim cu un prosop si lasam asa pana a doua zi cand o vom portiona dupa preferinta si o pudram cu zahar pudra din abundenta.<br />

Cand sunt gata le pudram cu zahar pudra pe fiecare, asa calde cum sunt.<br />

 Cantitatile sunt pentru o tava de cuptor.<br />
Asezam hartie de copt in tava dupa care turnam compozitia si asezam caisele incet. Bagam tava la cuptor, care a fost incalzit in prealabil, pana cand se rumeneste si se face testul cu scobitoarea.<br />
Se pudreaza cu zahar pudra.<br />

Primele 15 minute nu se deschide usa cuptorului pentru ca riscam sa se lase prajitura. Dupa acest timp se poate face testul cu scobitoarea. Se lasa la racit dupa care se pudreaza cu zahar pudra.<br />
