 Uleiul se incinge bine in wok si se adauga prima data ceapa se amesteca un pic, apoi se pun pe rand ardei, ciupercile, dovleceii, se pun 2 lingurite de zahar, brocoli oparit in apa,doar cateva clocote( apa se pastreaza). Se pun doua polonice cu apa in care a fiert brocoli, se adauga si sosul de soia, eu am pus cam 80ml si se lasa cam 10-15 minute la fiert, amestecandu-se continuu. Se pune sare dupa gust.<br />

Carnea se feliaza foarte subtire si se taie bucatele de circa 4-5 cm si se pune la marinat intr-un vas cu cateva linguri de soja sos.<br />

Pregatim toate legumele astfel:<br />
Ceapa se curata fiecare foaie si se taie grob, ardeii la fel, brocoli in buchetele cat mai mici. Bambusul scurs de apa si spalat, apoi lasat la scurs.<br />

Cand toate sunt pregatite, punem wokul la incins cu putin ulei de susan. Totul se pregateste foarte repede si mancarea nu dureaza la facut mai mult de cateva minute. Toate legumele isi pastreaza culoarea si vitaminele.<br />
Punem  ceapa si ceapa verde, prazul taiat fasii subtiri  si amestecam repede, adaugam ardei colorati, amestecam.<br />

Facem loc intr-o parte in wok si punem si carnea cu sos cu tot si o lasam un pic sa isi schimbe culoarea, dupa care o amestecam cu toate legumele.<br />

Acum incepem si punem sosurile.<br />
Eu am pus cam 125ml Soia Sos si 125ml Teriaki Sos, 2 lingurite de Curry Pasta si 2 lingurite de Mango Chutney. Am lasat sa dea cateva clocote, nu mai multe de cateva minute. Nu se pune sare pentru ca Soia Sos este deja sarat.<br />
Se poate servi cu orez basmati.<br />

Prima data taiem pieptul de curcan in cubulete mici, il punem intr-un castron si il marinam cu Soja sos,Teriaki Sos sau Austern Sos,ce va place.Eu am pus din fiecare.<br />

Cat carnea sta la marinat, punem pe foc la incins Wokul cu ulei. Cand e bine incins turnam jumate din laptele de cocos si pasta de curry si lasam sa fiarba un minut la foc moderat, dupa care punem carnea marinata si sosul de peste(nu e obligatoriu acest sos)si mai lasam sa dea un clocot.<br />

Incepem a pune pe rand bambusul si amestecam un pic,apoi ardeiul, la fel amestecam,ceapa, ciupercile si la sfarsit brocoli, dupa care turnam si restul de lapte de cocos.<br />

Lasam circa 10 minute la foc moderat sa fiarba. Gustam daca este destul de iute, daca nu mai punem pasta de curry dupa gust.<br />
Intre timp punem intr-o oala 2 cani de orez Basmati cu 4 cani apa si un strop de sare, acoperim cu capacul si lasam la fiert cam 10 minute pana ce apa se evapora.<br />
